Peer Evaluation Activity
The point of this activity was to give the class insight into what it was like to be a teacher juggling multiple check ins with multiple students.

We were tasked with the activity of creating a questionnaire or guideline questions to ask each other. One person would play teacher and ask the set of questions to the "student" who would respond based on how our Basic of Secondary Education 150 class was. My questionnaire was to be filled out by my three or four "students" and likewise I would fill out each of their questionnaires.

One by one each person within the group would be the teacher for the other members and would hold one on one conversations that lasted about 5 minutes each. This would be done until each pre-service teacher had been both a teacher and a student to everyone in the group. What we found to be the most frustrating part of this activity was that there was not enough time to talk with each "student" about each question in length.

I found my first question switching from "How is your website progressing?" to "What do you want to talk about?" By doing so I was allowing the student to control the conversation and direct it toward points in which they would like to talk about, rather than I control the conversation by reading off of a list.
